Несколько раз ремонтировался в этом сервисе и все нравилось: Паша отличный мужик, приветливый, лояльный, всегда подскажет. А вот Сергей - угрюмый тип, ни про стоимость работ не скажет, ни по срокам готовности не сориентирует, ни на вопросы не ответит.. Но мой последний визит все перечеркнул! В этот раз делали процедуру, которую в принципе можно было не делать, как говорится "на скорость не влияло"(меняли свечи накала), при этом оставил две своих зарплаты и качеством не доволен - половину болтов не поставили на место(пластиковый корпус радиатора - тупо на защёлках держался и при заведеном двигателе дребезжал), патрубок системы охлаждения тоже на место не установили, жидкость гура не долили(снимали рулевую), поводки дворников криво установили, загадили велюр на заднем диване и правой задней двери - видимо складывали запчасти. А ведь салон был в идеале, лично все вылизывал. Так же после заглушки егр не отдали снятые элементы, а заметил только дома, когда устанавливал патрубок системы охлаждения и защиту радиатора(которые, опять же, они должны были установить!). По самим свечам зарницы не заметил, спираль на приборке как горела 10 секунд, так и горит 10 секунд, запуск такой же и на холодную дымит.. Итог: я 5 дней без машины, разницы после ремонта никакой, но самое обидное - салон загажен, снятые ими же болты пришлось покупать и самому устанавливать, снятые элементы егр посеяны.. Вроде и удобно, делают все, но после такого обращаться к ним больше не хочется
