Дом расположен на склоне холма и при желании можно кататься с собственной горки. Порадовало то что фото на сайте stepanovodom.ru оказались соответствующими действительности, так как ранее попадали в просак с объявлениями, на них одни фото а дом в реалии другой, а так как уже приехали то деваться некуда. Дом вместительный с большой залом и игровыми столами кикерфутбол и аэрохоккей, для компании самое оно. Во дворе дома детская площадка и мангал. Есть бесплатные дрова, но если нужен уголь то его можно купить в магазине в 100 метрах от дома, ходили туда иногда за мелочевкой, вполне достойный магазин для деревни. Курить в доме запрещено что и правильно так как все мы некурящие, для тех кто курит есть место на территории с пепельницей. В доме большой холл, где можно оставить вещи и обувь Дом необычно декорирован есть рисунки на стенах, есть старинные вещи, картины. На первом этаже два санузла, в одном душевая кабина, туалет, раковина, стиральная машина и т.д. В зале диван с двумя креслами, телевизор, большой стол на человек пятнадцать со стульями, дополнительно можно брать табуреты они стояли рядом с сауной. Посуда на кухне есть вся...ничего с собой везти не надо. Все работает и функционирует. Постарался достаточно подробно все изложить, надеюсь отзыв кому-то поможет.
