Дозвониться невозможно С ребёнком приехали что бы взять св.о рождении новорождённому. Двери закрыты. Охранник сказал что только по предварительной записи работают! - но как же ее сделать если на тел никто не отвечает? Пока не стала возмущаться никто не шевелится. За все время что я стояла и ждала когда напечатают св. о рождении это час, так за этот час прошёл 1!!! человек.

Добрый день. Скорость выполнения услуг, зависит от сложности вопроса. Напишите, пожалуйста, дату и время посещения отдела, а так же дату и время когда отдел ЗАГС не брал трубку.
