Были в магазине на Кутузовском пр., хороший выбор, большой магазин, но консультантам есть над чем работать в плане самосовершенствования, знания товара и общения с клиентом. Хотим отдельно отметить магазин на пр.Мира, очень понравился и магазин, и в плане обслуживания клиентов! Особенно хотим выразить благодарность консультанту Марии, квалифицированный, грамотный специалист своего дела, помогла подобрать нужные размеры, предложила именно то, что нас заинтересовало, что нам нужно было, это означает что Мария хорошо понимает клиента, задаёт правильные вопросы и правильно работает с клиентом. Отмечу, что мы собирались купить только один пуховик🙈, но в итоге купили и себе и родственикам, тоже любителям марки Bogner. Очень приятная атмосфера, комфортно было находиться в магазине, все очень довольны! Пожелания руководству выдать Марии премию, такими работниками надо дорожить!
