Отличный магазин, третий раз тут заказываю полы (австрийский ламинат). Всегда помогут с выбором и грамотно проконсультируют. Быстрая доставка. Ребята клиентоориентированы. Цены адекватные.

Очень некомпетентный персонал,и пофигистическое отношение к клиентам.курьер вёз ламинат три дня.Плинтус дозаказывали сказали приедет в 11 утра до 2 дня.Приехал в 5 вечера,мы ждали с работы отпросились.Плинтус не подошёл,решили поменять.Менять отказались,сославшись на то,что они де с завода заказывали специально и завод у них не примет.По закону вообще Любой товар можно вернуть в течении определённых дней.Но вот беда,находятся они в Королёве,и кто знает где их искать?не советую!Откровенно Хамское отношение к клиентам!!!

покупал там кварц винил, долго выбирал между 3 производителями,выбрал Alpine floor по совету менеджера,немецкое качество было весомым аргументом,+ были нужные цвета, сейчас ремонт завершен и 55м2 занимает в нашей квартире кварц коллекция real wood-темный дуб мокко, глаз не оторвать! Благодарю магазин за то,что не подвели со сроками!

В Боден Про замечательный персонал. Сначала была у них в Королеве, подсказали о новинке "кварцевый ламинат". С цветом я определилась позже, выбрав позицию через сайт. Перезвонили и сообщили, что выбранного ламината нет в Москве, но предложили альтернативу получше, по той же цене + скидку на доставку ☺. Благодарю персонал за доставку в кратчайшее сроки и скидку.
