Ездил на ТО к официальному дилеру Борисхоф на Ярославском шоссе и мне поцарапали машину на подъемнике. Дилер, естественно, не признался:) Написал обращение в бмв рус через официальный сайт. Прошел месяц, мне позвонили и сказали , что они связались с дилером и дилер им ответил, что "клиент уехал, претензий нет и вопрос исчерпан!" На мое искреннее недоумение и возмущение попросили не расстраиваться, пожелали всего доброго и хорошего настроения!!! Такой вот сервис - имейте в виду пожалуйста:)
