Ничего не понравилось. 15-ть минут ждал пока меня примут "специалисты" банка. В итоге подошли два молодых сотрудника, один из которых был руководителем отдела. Квалификация нулевая у обоих. Сам БМВ Банк занимается мошенничеством, оформляя полисы страхования жизни при выдаче кредитов. Условия страхования жизни по этим полюсам-неприемлиемые. И выясняется это, когда при досрочном погашении, вы попытаетесь вернуть часть страховой суммы. 99 % этой суммы, даже если период очередного года не начался, вы не вернете! А полис вам при этом не дают на руки. Банк+страховая компания СК Ренессанс Жизнь-осуществляют таким образом мошенничество. Ни проккратура, ни др. правоохраниельные органы этого не видят, как и управление ЦБ по защите потребителей. Ответы на ваши обращения будут написаны под диктовку банка. Круговая порука, в смысле коррупция.
