Это какое-то издевательство, сидеть поьдва часа и наблюдать как 2 часа один человек обслуживается у ипотечного менеджера. И сам менеджер бегает и узнает какие документы ему офлрмлять.

Отвратительное обслуживание, персонал абсолютно не клиентоориентирован, сложилось такое впечатление, что менеджер от менеджера не знает какие услуги они могут оказать, а какие нет, за то четко знают как отправить клиента за очередным талоном. Отсутствие координации приема, куча менеджеров демонстративно ходят взад и вперед, один менеджер обслуживает номера выборочно (только по вопросам за которые отвечает), и непонимающая очередь из клиентов, с вопросом какой все таки взять талончик, чтобы их об служили. Полная дезинформация, в итоге куча потраченного времени без результата, жалко ставить даже одну звезду! Визит 10.00 утра 29.04.2016 – показать
