Вчера имела неосторожность перекусить после кино в Теремке. Ну и получила порцию самого худшего на моей памяти отношения в общепите. Звать того "героя" Илья Белов. Мало того, что он не допонял, что я заказывала в начале, так когда он вывел заказ на экран, я ему сказала, что не вижу то, что сначала заказала (в частности, пюре и 2 котлеты). На что Илюша стал наглым образом заявлять, что я этого не заказывала. Я напомнила ему начало нашего диалога, т.к мне был предложен другой тип котлет, вместо тех, которые я хотела заказать. На этом наглый кассир не остановился, а продолжил свой резкий тон, ему было лень ответить сразу есть ли блины со сгущенным молоком. Предложил почитать меню и если там есть, то они есть. Потом начал бубнить под нос себе очень громко (ну как бубнить? так чтобы вся очередь слышала), что ходят тут всякие, заказывают сами не знают чего хотят и вводят бедных Илюш в заблуждение. В оконцовке бросил 2 тарелки на поднос с пренебрежением, при этом еще и не давал на подносе отнести еду. Пока я один поднос таки относила, думаю, может, он мне в остальные тарелки плюнуть еще успел, и также пренебрежительно кинул оставшиеся тарелки на 2й поднос. Теремок, у вас подходящий кандидат на выход появился, а уж вам решать в гендиры его или с вещами домой, где может вдоволь накормить своими "словесными помоями" семью.

Максимально неприятная женщина работает за кассой. Орет на работниц матом, мне нахамила. Попросила добавить в блин масло, за которое заплатила, она на меня орала, что масло уже добавлено, хотя это не так) неприятное ощущение, есть не хочется, когда видишь таких мерзких работниц, которые относятся к гостям как к помойке
