1000 раз подумайте прежде чем ехать в эту большую конторку. Далее конкретно по заказу №BT000143569 от 22 сентября 2019 года. — сначала обманывают по телефону о годе выпуска резины(по телефону и в комментарии к заказу просил 2018/2019), по факту, когда приезжаешь подсовывают 2017 год. — по Акции «Шиномонтаж в подарок», чуть было не убили подвеску машины, умудрились опустить машину на три колеса, четвертое в момент опускания машины не было прикручено. — поцарапали диск, когда машину опускали, диск упал и остались царапины. — менеджер, которого я позвал, вместо того чтобы разобраться с ситуацией начал на меня буквально орать и доказывать, что царапины заводской брак (машина новая). — «мастера», которые переобували резину мне показались не трезвые. - Берут деньги только НАЛОМ!!! не уверен что платят с них налоги. Резину забирал по адресу: ул. Василия Петушкова, 3, корп. 3 и там же делал шиномонтаж по акции. В итоге: Испортили настроение, нанесли мне моральный ущерб, обманули по поводу года резины, чуть было не убили подвеску машины. Надо было сразу уезжать как началась канетель с резиной по году выпуска. Но у меня физически не было уже времени, покупать резину в другом месте.
