На сайте есть информация и курсах валют, но мне в покупке отказали, сославшись на то, что я не клиент банка. Стать клиентом банка мне тоже не предложили. А зря((

В целом работой с командой БКС доволен. Держу небольшой портфель, сразу выбирал консервативные инструменты, с доходностью повыше депозита. Вместе с советником контролирую купоны и выплаты. Грубо 10-12% при текущих ставках депозитов имею, что считаю неплохим результатом. Думаю, недовольные отзывы в первую очередь от тех, кто пожадничал и побежал за доходностями 20%+. Бесплатный сыр в мышеловке. Так было и будет всегда.

Никогда не пишу отзывов, но сейчас решил зарегестрироваться и написать про эту конченую компанию, т к являюсь их клиентом. Постоянные ошибки при покупки новых акций или валюты, пользуюсь приложением мой брокер, дозвонится в службу поддержки не реально, попробуйте набрать, если не верите, в Приложение чат-поддержка никогда не отвечают, просто бесит. Продам щас акции, попробую Приложение конкурентов, не буду писать какое, а то подумаете что купленный отзыв, очень максимально не рекомендую эту компанию, сервис на 0 уровне.

Очень позорная компания. Постоянно сбои, постоянно что-то не работает, дозвониться невозможно, банкоматы древние. Даже Сбер относится к клиентам лучще. Позорище, а не компания!
