не дадут машину без "поручителя" или "подтверждения с места работы" Перечень всех требований к документам не скажут заранее, будет решать "служба безопасности". Совок одним словом

Забронировал Фокус 3 во вторник, приехал в субботу утром забирать - машина грязная, в салоне запах просто ужас, сидеть невозможно не то что куда то ехать. Отказался, говорят есть круз за те же деньги - стоит на Римской (я приехал во Владыкино). Пришлось ехать туда. Во Владыкино забирать хотел в 11, в итоге с Римской уехал только в 14, потеряно 3 часа светлого времени суток (ехать хотел в область и вернуться ближе к ночи обратно) но накинули 3 часа проката бесплатно типа за неудобство - которые в итоге машина просто стояла. Брал неограниченный пробег, доплатил 500р. Когда сдавал машину оказалось что неограниченный пробег все же ОГРАНИЧЕННЫЙ, максимум 500км. далее 10 руб\км что ОЧЕНЬ КАК ДОХРЕНА. В итоге я проехал 596 км, соответственно должен доплатить 960 рублей)) Ранее брал машины в этой компании и не помню такого бреда, поэтому не вчитывался в договор, как оказалось зря. Менеджеры ни по телефону ни в офисе об этом не предупредили, а следовало бы. Потому что если бы сказали сразу - я бы искал другую компанию, тк 500 км было мало изначально. По телефону сказал что пробег нужен будет БЕЗ ОГРАНИЧЕНИЯ, сказали ок, доплатите 500р. В моем понимании без ограничения - это СОВСЕМ БЕЗ КАКОГО ЛИБО ОГРАНИЧЕНИЯ ВООБЩЕ, Я ДОПЛАТИЛ ЗА ЭТО. В итоге все это - русский сервис. Везде подвох и на чем-нибудь да поймают. Буду искать другую компанию по прокату, с этой все ясно)
