Отличное место для будущего жилого комплекса - хорошая транспортная доступность (несмотря на то, что это Щелково). К тому же все значимые соцъобъекты в пешей доступности, начиная от школ и садов и заканчивая станцией для электричек. В районе хорошо развита инфраструктура. Один вопрос: когда начнется благоустройство территории? Если кто знает, то отпишитесь, пожалуйста.

Добрый день, совсем недавно приобрели здесь квартиру. По ДДУ, все как положено. Очень долго думали, выбирали среди других щелковских новостроек, но остановились на этом жк из-за очень больших и приятных планировок и инфраструктуры района. Просто не хотелось ждать когда все соцобъекты построят) А тут уже въезжаешь на все готовое. Осталось дождаться второго квартал и вперед за обоями и шпаклевкой))
