Приезжала на курсы повышения квалификации. Современно, чисто, службы ресепшен и безопасности работают на отлично. Совершенно замечательная столовая - обеды и выпечка отличные, есть буфет. Отдельным плюсом чистые туалеты

Был магазинчик-закрыли, Была кафешка-да в ней нет ничего. Очень скользкий пол, хмурый охранник и огромная текучка кадров судя по обилию и постоянству вакансий на НН.ru Здание знамо кто крышует, а вот арендаторов никто.

Год назад надпись на заборе стройки гласила, что здесь будет "детский танцевальный центр". Сегодня напротив это замечательного (нет) места ежедневно паркуется пара десятков машин, несмотря на то что парковаться там нельзя, а в 3 минутах ходьбы, на Беренговом, есть парковка.
