Отвратительный БЦ!Условия самые средние, от метро идти 15 минут по вечно перекопанным дорогам. В здании то жарко, то холодно — нормально не бывает. Стоимость аренды просто запредельная, при этом офисы — очень плохие, уж простите. Арендодатели выжмут из Вас по максимуму и денег и сил — возьмут миллионы обеспечительных платежей, залогов и прочего. Честно говоря, первый раз вижу такие условия, ощущение, что ты не арендатор, а раб. Советую выбирать этот БЦ, только если он останется последним в Моск ве, чего, к счастью, не произойдет. Все арендаторы оттуда уходят, заполнен он от силы процентов на 20%, вот и считайте, что из этих 20% надо вытянуть как можно больше. Если Вы готовы подобным условиям — вперед. – показать

Что то холодно то душно это верно. Сегодня ветер с потолка дует так что волосы шевелится. Где это видано,чтобы был ветер в офисе. Мерзнем постоянно. Сегодня ветер аж в глаза дует. Как работать если дрожишь от холода????? Посадить бы управляющую компанию на десять часов на ветер,может бы почувствовали за что берут деньги!

Приезжал на просмотр, заинтересовал двухуровневый офис. С ремонтом. Цена от 205 т.р.м2, но я думаю, оно стоит того.
