Отвратительный "сервис".Позвонили в 10-00 13 сентября сказали что сегодня придут в течение дня.Я отложила все дела,не пошла на работу,т.к.срочно нужна была стиралка.Так никто и не пришел.Звонила в 17-00 ч сказали что придет мастер;в 19-30 сказали что уже никто не придет.Вывод:ремонта по гарантии нет.как будто специально так делают чтобы бесплатно не ремонтировать.

Ваша заявка была принята 11.09.2018. 12.09. мы в течении продолжительного времени не могли до вас дозвониться.Вы не брали телефон. 13.09. мы до вас дозвонились и предложили выезд мастера. По техническим причинам мастер не смог до вас доехать. 14.09 вы нам позвонили и установили время в какое должен приехать мастер. Мы были у вас в то время которое вас устраивало и отремонтировали вам стиральную машину. Пожалуйста доносите в ваших комментариях правду или дополняйте их.

Заявку приняли быстро, приехали в тот же день, был ремонт холодильника. Мастер за 40 мин его разморозил, заменил две детали - таймер и ТПП (дефростер) и все работает. Все бы хорошо и замечательно. Быстро, грамотно, удобно. Но цена за услуги - 6500 р. Компания дороговато ценит свои услуги - замена этих деталей обошлась думаю 3500 р. В след. раз найду более дешевую компанию.

Хочу поблагодарить сотрудников этого ремонтного центра! Сломалась стиральная машина. Стали искать мастера. Обратились в несколько организаций. В Быттехнике подошли к нашей проблеме очень профессионально. По телефону приняли заявку, мастер приехал быстро, ремонт оказался сложный. Сразу было понятно, что человек приехал опытный и профессионал своего дела. Машину починил, а самое приятное что цена за ремонт адекватная. ОЧЕНЬ БЛАГОДАРНА коллективу данной организации, машина работает исправно, думала что придётся новую покупать. Буду иметь ввиду т.к. ремонтируют они все виды бытовой техники. Спасибо!!!
