Взяли аванс за ремонт принтера, в течение 2-месяцев починить так и не смогли, аванс не вернули!

в мастерскую битпарк привез свой новый принтер эпсон 77—10 (не дешевый). хотел заменить внешний спч на внутренний. почти год тянули резину. все время ссылались на поставщиков, типа, привезли, да не то, надо еще пару месяцев подождать. потом сообщили, что засохла печатающая головка, (еще бы, к тому времени он там уже 8 месяцев стоял) сообщили, что будут отмачивать. и с тех пор вообще перестали отвечать на звонки. видимо, не отмочили, а менять, это почти как новый покупать. моя ошибка в том, что не оформил эту процедуру официально. деньги они приняли из рук в руки. наверное, буду писать в какие-нибудь органы. там есть такой мастер — Коля. вот с ним я и попал. – показать
