Сделал заказ по просьбе жены, на определенное время. К назначееному сроку заказ не привезли позвонил в колл центр, сообщили что курьер выехал сейчас уточнят когда приедет. Прошло 10 минут ни какой обратной связи, снова звоню в итоге выясняется, что заказ привезут только через час. У меня вопрос вы там адекватные? По меньшей мере вы должны были предупредить за ранее, а не пока я вам позвонил. В итоге испорченное настроение и мнение о вашей компании!

Пицца отличная и всегда очень вкусная. Роллы, к сожалению, оказались отвратительные. Рис как каша, авокадо как камень. Возможно, такие суши привозили из-за акции. Но лучше вообще тогда не привозить, чем такое 😅 тем более, что заказ был в 13:16, оператор сказала, что привезут в 17:30 максимум, а итоге курьер приехал после 18:00, а в приложении статус заказа до сих пор «на кухне».
