Не работала раньше в фарме. Первое время трудно было привыкнуть к требованиям, касающимся стерильности помещений, к этим всем так называемым чистым зонам, с переодеваниями и строгим запретом на курение на территории. Хорошо, что бросила недавно. А то даже не знаю, как получалось бы блюсти)

Работаю в компании около 8 месяцев, за это время у меня сложилось хорошее впечатление о Биотиках. Здесь надо работать, и работать хорошо - "битье баклуш" никто не оценит, но поэтому и з/п здесь нормальная. И много доп. выплат. Высокая нагрузка - это показатель того, что компания движется вперед. Кроме того, появляется много новых программ обучения. Много делается для того, чтобы сотрудники себя чувствовали комфортно - есть кухня, развозы до метро, премии, переподготовка, корпоративные праздники и прочие радости жизни.
