Достоинства: Сделали лестницу в купель, а резиновые накладки на ступеньки опять отлетают. Зачем вам опять негативные отзывы? Дата оказания услуги: 16.02.2023 Описание специалиста: Никто

Достоинства: Большая территория бассейна Недостатки: В бассейне отсутствует тренер, что не отвечает нормам безопасности по услугам бассейнов. Прыгают в воду с бортиков прям на голову. Когда-нибудь это плохо кончится.Стали выдавать браслеты на руку. После выхода из бассейна эти браслеты снимаешь, ибо некомфортно в мокром идти. Каждый раз на рецепшен скандал, хотя когда подписывали договор это нигде прописано не было. Сначала сотрудники на рецепшен кричали, что их штрафуют, потом стали угрожать штрафами посетителям. Как клуб может оштрафовать посетителей, если это не прописано в договоре. Хожу в клуб раз в неделю на час, и вместо релакса получаю каждый раз истерику на выходе. Лучше бы безопасностью в бассейне занимались, толку больше бы было. Комментарий: Сотрудники нервные, сразу на крик переходят. Непрофессионально. Уважаемая Елена, спасибо за отзыв, мы уже работаем над исправлением ситуации, идет набор штата, в бассейне будут работать дежурные тренера.
