Сегодня с коллегами наконец-то собрались на бизнес-ланч в Бинхартс, что в ГУМе. Но ланча, увы, не получилось:(В обеденное время много народу и нет свободных столиков. Но, к счастью, я встретила своих знакомых и они были рады посадить нас за их столик. Их двое, нас трое, 4 стула. На мою просьбу, поставить еще один стул, менеджер Эдуард отказал нам, сказав, что стул будет мешать ходить! На мой взгляд, никому бы мы не мешали. НО такое отношение к клиентам просто возмутительно(((Ни одно заведени е в городе не отказывает в подобных просьбах. Хотелось бы видеть более приветливый персонал. – показать
