Во-первых это теперь филиал банка "Открытие". Чудовищное отделение! Сотрудники, как правило "подменные", т.е. выдернутые на день из других отделений. На меня произвел огромное впечатление следующий эпизод: Полтора часа до закрытия отделения. Посетитель пытается выяснить какой-то сложный и срочный вопрос с менеджером. Тот говорит, что решить проблему может только главный менеджер. Он уходит, через некоторое время возвращается, попутно бросив свое пальто на диванчик для посетителей. Клиент этого не видит, потому что стоит к диванчику спиной. Еще через пару минут менеджер просит подождать клиента и снова выходит из-за стойки, якобы для того чтобы поторопить старшего менеджера. После чего берет пальто и уходит! Клиент ждет минут десять, после чего начинает пытаться выяснить, что делать дальше. Единственная, оставшаяся в отделении девушка отвечает, что старший менеджер давно ушла, а фамилии сбежавшего менеджера она тоже не знает, потому что он приезжал "на подмену". Клиент в растерянности уходит. Занавес.

Закрывали вклад 2,5 часа, причём это без очередей. !!! Причем изначально он открывался онлайн, а его нельзя закрыть через интернет, нужно было ехать в офис. Это 21век!!! Отстой.

Это полный ацтой, хуже Сбербанка!обслуживает два окна все остальные занимаются своим делом! Очередь не двигается в течении 15 минут вообще! Коммерческий банк Оля-ля!
