Если планируете сюда устроиться на работу, то будьте готовы к тому, что банк большой,в руководителях стоят свои люди. Поэтому с карьерой будет сложно,если вам это нужно. А если набираться опыта в рядовых,то место хорошее,работой завалят,будете делать все и сразу. Нянькаться с вами не будут. Если у нас есть желание руководить и расти,то увы,вам не сюда,система чужих практически не принимает,пережует и выплюнет,хотя обещать будут. Банк Санирует сейчас Рост банк,очень много выгнали хороших специалистов на улицу,обошлись очень жестко,увольняли в 1 день.
