отвратительный магазин с очень жадным хозяином. Шарик самый обычный цена выросла на 50% (в нашем случае вообще на 100%). Раньше за 50 рублей можно было взять шарик и он неделю летал, веревочку какую нужно отмотают. А последние несколько раз брали шарик 70, лишний метр веревочки еще почти 30. А через 6 часов шарик начал оседать. Через 2 дня уже лежал на полу!

Добрый день! Спасибо за Ваш отзыв, нам очень жаль, что у Вас сложилось такое впечатление! Стоимость гелия действительно выросла из-за этого выросла и стоимость нашего шарика. 70 рублей за шарик - это ниже среднего по Москве. К шарику отматывается Лента длинной 2 метра, если покупатель хочет длиннее, обычно всегда идут на встречу, мы обязательно разберёмся почему Вам нужно было за это доплачивать ещё почти 30 рублей. По поводу полёта шарика - 6 часов это действительно очень мало, столько летают шары без обработки. Мы надуваем все шары с использованием специальной жидкости Hi float - это самая качественная обработка для шаров которая есть, причём Вы за неё не платите. Если шарики летали так мало, значит продавец сделал что-то не так в процессе надувания шаров, мы обязательно проведём проверку - это полностью наша вина! Вы можете придти к нам в магазин и мы надуем Вам новые шары бесплатно. Если у Вас остались вопросы, пожалуйста звоните нам 8 (495) 2-206-206.
