После долгих поисков по стрижке пуделей нашли наконец в Бим Клубе грумера Елену, постоянно у нее стриглись. Даже на выставке отметили нашу стрижку как одну из лучших, Грумер Елена из Бим Клуба ведет запись по телефону 8 905 785 6673

ВНИМАНИЕ! Владельцы собак кому требуется тримминг не ХОДИТЕ туда!!!!!! В начале марта записались на тримминг миттеля(мастер Лена, Катя к сожалению уже там не работает),через 1,5 часа(обычно тримминг занимает 3часа!!!!) мне позвонили и сказали, что можно забрать собаку. Результат: собака была просто подстрижена и помыта, когти не подстрижены, ушные раковины не оттриммингованны, денег взяли как за полноценный тримминг, скидку 5% по карте не предоставили. В результате: сейчас шерсть отходит мелкими иголками, обратились к другому мастеру, вердикт ничего исправить нельзя, теперь остается ждать когда шерсть отрастет и все начинать сначала.....

Записались на стрижку кота, девушка по телефону уточнила наши контакты и даже имя кота) Запись была на сегодня в 10.30. Приехали, а салон закрыт, хотя судя по вывести они работают с 10. Прождали перед дверью на улице до 11.00, позвонили им, девушка сказала что мастер опаздывает и уже где-то рядом, не извините и тд(( Ждём! Спустя ещё 10 минут, из поздъезда этого же дома, спустился молодой человек и открыл салон. Спрашиваю, где мастер, говорит будет минут через 20, мы что-то напутали походу, записи нет и тд. типа «Мы вообще никого не ждём» А у самого глазки красненькие, видно только что проснулся и вчера, походу, не плохо посидели)) Нет слов, ждать не стал, если удержался чтоб самого не постричь! Отношение к клиенту 0, уверен что и качество предоставляемых услуг не выше! Не ходите, не тратьте время!
