В http://www.billiards-tables.ru «Бигль» покупала бильярдный стол, кии, набор шаров. С доставкой проблем не было – через два дня уже установили стол. Но проблемы оказались с качеством бильярдного стола. Не буду называть торговую марку, скажу только, что стол от отечественного производителя. В общем, в столе были нарушены пропорции – одна нога оказалась чуть короче трех остальных, а на игровом поле вздулось сукно в некоторых местах. Тут же оформила возврат покупки. 14 дней еще не истекло, думала, что заменят стол без всяких проблем. Но решить вопрос полюбовно не удалось. Оказалось, что мне нельзя было вскрывать заводскую упаковку. Тогда возникает вполне резонный вопрос – а как бы я смогла обнаружить все эти недостатки? Через упаковку? С ребятами общалась вежливо, без претензий. Но после десятого разговора поняла - ни принимать стол обратно, ни заменять его никто не собирается. Махнула рукой. Пришлось купить новый стол спустя полгода.
