Добрый день.9.01.14 зашла в Ваш магазин в г. Пушкино, сделала покупку на 569 рублей. На кассе обслуживала кассир Исупова Людмила, лицо которой выражало общую неудовлетворенность жизнью. Когда мне озвучали стоимость покупки, я отдала кассиру купюру в 1000 руб и предложила также 100 и 20 рублей. Кассир их взяла и отдала мне сдачу в размере 50 руб, на, что я конечно же сказала, что сдачи как то маловато. На, что Исупова ответила, что якобы я ей дала купюры 500, 100 и 20 руб. В итоге кассир ушла в подсобное помещение смотреть видеозапись. Минут через 5 Исупова, совсем не торопясь, молча прошла к своему рабочему месту, забрала у меня 50 руб и дала 500, начала обслуживать следующего. Поняв, что меня во второй раз за 10 минут обманули, я сказала, что сдача опять посчитана неверно. На что, вместо извинений я услышала Вы меня совсем запутали. Итог-мне наконец то отдали верно сдачу. Требование-выдать кассирам калькуляторы и проверить знания по математике, научить извиниться, если совершаешь ошибку. Про сервис пока молчу. Спасибо. Жду звонка. 2014-01-10 | 20:50 Эля

Хороший магазин продуктов и товаров первой необходимости. Вполне хороший выбор мясных, рыбных, молочных и бакалейных товаров. Очень большой выбор овощей и фруктов. Сам магазин всегда чистый и аккуратный. Цены не высокие и принимают кредитные карты.

Мой любимый магазин. После капитального ремонта стал одним из лучших в этой сети. Хороший персонал работников. Хорошее расположение. Не смотря на наличие конкурентов рядом, все любят посещать именно это т магазин.

Безобразия в магазине на ул. ХЛОБЫСТОВА 20 к. 1 вероятно не прекратятся никогда. При помощи неправильно оформленных ценников обманывают покупателей, акционные товары не доходят до покупателей, постоянные очереди в кассах, бывает сидит один кассир и толпа народа, пока не потребуешь добавить кассиров, они будут шариться по залу, создавая видимость работы. Обратите внимание на этот магазин, не позор те марку всей сети магазинов.
