Один из самых чистых и просторных у нас супермаркетов. Работают там вежливые продавцы, правда цены чуть выше других сетей но они компенсируются постоянными распродажами, так же не нравятся очереди на кассу.

На текущий момент выше всяческих похвал. Ассортимент держится на приличном уровне. Уровень обслуживания скорее возрос. Принимаются адекватные меры к защите сотрудников. К сожалению не могу быть уверен в ценах - не запомнил их до "режима само изоляции".

К сожалению, билла скатилась. Несмотря на норм цены, кассиров адски не хватает. По 6-7 человек в очереди это скорее правило, чем исключение. Только на кассе можно потерять до 20 минут. Также катастрофически не хватает корзин, которые работники просто оставляют расскиданными в зале (такого даже в пятерке не увидишь)

Считаю, что это лучший магазин в районе Текстильщики-Кузьминки. Ассортимент, качество, наличие акций, обслуживание — моей семье и моим знакомым нравится. Я живу на два дома — на Окской и в Люберцах, закупаюсь именно в Билле. Недочёты бывают в каждой торговой точке, но здесь уровень гораздо выше чем в Пятерках, Лентах, Ашанах, и уж конечно Магнитах!

Постоянное отсутствие продавца в рыбном отделе. Приходится стоять долго и ждать, несколько раз спрашивать подойдет кто-нибудь или нет, звать,просить. А сотрудники посмотрят и молча не реагируют. Либо приходят и с недовольным лицом спрашивают кому рыбу.?!
