Мужчина за кассой не стал уточнять есть ли у меня карта, а она имеется. Еще и обвинил, что я якобы долго разблокирую телефон, для того, чтобы ее предъявить на пустой кассе. У вас там временной регламент? Сообщайте тогда покупателям. Удалять и пробивать заново отказался, ну а мне лень ругаться.

Однажды наткнулся на просрочку, которую сослепу купил. Позвонил на горячую линию (ночью!!!), оператор быстро вычислил суть проблемы и предложил варианты возврата денег. Выбрал баллы, как самый быстрый вариант. В общем, звоните, не стесняйтесь, ребята компетентны и слушают.

Выручает, что открывается с 7 часов. Как раз можно что-то купить перед работой. Так же радуют акции. Раньше был аппарат по изготовлению сока, но теперь куда-то пропал

Отвратительно!!!! Работает одна-две кассы. В час пик очередь по 7-8 человек. Утром работает только одна касса. Постоянна чёрствый хлеб. Деньги за плохой товар не возвращают, приходится доказывать с боем. Позор опустились до уровня пятерочек и магнита!!!

Была сейчас в Вашем магазине,мягко сказать я в шоке,от обсуживания кассира.Обслуживала молодая девушка,по всей видимости новенькая,я постоянный клиент,вижу ее впервые.Хамка!Не предложила мне фишки (покупка на 650р.)не пробила пиво,было две бутылки,одна из которой была безалкогольная! паспорта с собой не было,(хотя мне 21)но покупку совершал мой дядя,которому за 30 и вид соответствует возрасту!Хамила,махала руками перед лицом,в прям смысле сказала мне,закрыть рот,когда я стала возмущаться,поч ему не пробили нам пиво....позвали старшего кассира,к нам никто не пришел!Ко всему этому,товар,который был по акции,пробили без скидки!!!!!Прошу,разобраться с такими сотрудниками!После таких ситуаций не хочется приходить к Вам снова! – показать

Поддерживаю ваш отзыв! Хамство кассиров просто зашкаливает. Раньше поход в этот магазин был намного приятней
