Забыла добавить...,дозвониться с билайна на билайн занимает очень много времени,постоянно пишут,что связь перегружена,нет доступна сети и т.д.,кошмар какой то!!!повторюсь...очень рада,что перешла на мегафон!!!

Ужасный офис,ужасное обслуживание,постоянно большущие очереди,в помещении тесно,не понятно,кто?что?..и к какому оператору!!!Часто грубят,и вообще связь билайн стала отвратительна!Оператору дозвониться не возможно!!!Деньги постоянно куда-то пропадают!!!Вообщем развал полный,я уже отказалась от билайн и перешла на мегафон!...и не жалею!!!

Это очень положительная рекомендация о парне по имени Роман, который работал сегодня, 15.6.2024, по адресу ул. Грекова, 8. Я получил бесчисленное количество сообщений от Билайн о том, что государство хочет заблокировать мой номер, потому что я недостаточно использовал его для исходящих звонков, хотя я плачу. Оказывается, чтобы решить этот вопрос, потребовался час, и Роман оказал замечательную и полезную услугу и во время процесса все мне перевел, потому что я плохо говорю по-русски. Слава богу, что есть Google Translate. В итоге все получилось благодаря Роману. Повысьте ему зарплату, этот человек – король!!
