Пришла купить внучке смартфон на день раждение, встретили так что я им чем то обязана. От менедженра пахло табаком, ничего толком не объяснил. Пришлось пойти в другой магазин.

Очень неприятная история произошла с нами, купили в офисе Билайн, по адресу:г. Ивантеевка, ул. Дзержинского, д. 21,телефон алкатель в подарок ребёнку на день рождения. Взяли 03.06.2019г,немного заранее(у ребёнка др 17.06),13.06.2019 решили зарядить, вставить сим карту, короче подготовить, что то закачать, что то убрать. Телефон заряжали 6 часов, медленно и печально… Сначала не придали значения, но начав работу с телефоном, стало ясно, что с зарядом явно что то не так, через 15 минут заряд упал до 60 процентов! 14.06.пошли в офис с просьбой вернуть деньги, т.к. до дня рождения оставалось пару дней… Там телефон проверили и сказали надо отправлять на экспертизу, и после через 3 недели!!! вернут деньги. Через пару недель пришла смс, приходите заберите устройство. Пришли… Нам сказали, что телефон пришёл, но экспертизу не провели т.к. собран не полный пакет документов, нет гарантийного талона, сказали пишите возражение, отправим повторно, но к сожалению отключили свет, когда включат не знаем, приезжайте другим днем. Ок, приехали дня через три, и вот тебе на! Гарантийный талон нашёлся в Москве, его перешлют обратно и ещё раз все пошлём на экспертизу… Сегодня 11.07,когда ждать ответа не ясно! У нас трое детей, найти деньги и купить другой телефон было проблематично, но нашли и купили, ребёнку же не объяснишь… И как нам дальше быть… Сколько это ещё будет продолжаться неизвестно. – показать
