Пришел выкупать E-Sim 20 июля 2022 года, вечером. При моём полном негодовании к интернет-магазину "Билайн" и их системе (не отображался заказ, или не хотел отображаться), хотелось бы отметить грамотные действия сотрудника Егора, который бился до последнего, чтобы решить мой вопрос (несмотря на халатность работы самой интернет-системы), и, наконец, подключить все. Спасибо, что не бросили! Также хотелось отметить, что в этом офисе сотрудница Валерия - очень красивая и лучезарная девушка! (пока ждал, наблюдал за процессом её работу - также остался доволен). Всем сотрудникам этого офиса карьерного роста, и побольше денежек!

Сотрудники данного офиса издеваются над своими посетителями. Там нужно заменить весь некомпетентный состав сотрудников. Чтобы составить заявление на возврат денежных средств, мне пришлось ездить туда 2 раза и потратить на это 6!!!! часов. Всё делалось с издевкой и обещанием, что мне еще придется к ним ездить. Отстояв очередь, перед носом сотрудник ушел на обед и сел другой говоря, что для подготовки обслуживания ему надо минут 10—15. Образец заявления не дают. Ничего не говорят как надо заполнить. После такого хамского отношения, никогда уже не вернусь в билайн. Дали на проверку бледно напечатанный бланк. После того, что я сказала, что в нем ничего не вижу, посоветовали купить и надеть очки. Вобщем хамы там сидят.
