Заявка 227875482, подключение домашнего интернета было назначено на 28.04.2021. Монтажник опоздал на 30 минут. В итоге, не подключили - оказался затопленным подвал. 7.05.2021 подвал осушили, есть акт. Девочка по телефону говорит, что в связи с затоплением подключение возможно только в августе (!!!). Для вида пообещала, что мастер участка проверит и перезвонит мне. Никто, естественно, не перезвонил. 7 лет назад забрал от туда номер, ничего не поменялось с тех пор, оператор так и пребывает на уровне плинтуса. После публикации первого отзыва на других популярных картах позвонили на следующий день, согласовали подключение на 20.05.2021, но монтажник снова не пришел в указанный интервал. Объяснили какой-то аварией, другого монтажника прислать отказались. Вероятно, на весь город монтажник один. На людей, кто принимает решения, не переключают, общаешься только с живым автоответчиком по скриптам, ожидание на линии 10-15 минут. Монтажники звонят с виртуальных номеров, перезвонить невозможно, контакт и розыск монтажника только через колл-центр. На 2 попытки подключения потрачено 6 часов, результат нолевой. С трудом представляю, что происходит при авариных ситуациях. С таким провайдером надо иметь резервный канал. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЕТСЯ К ПОДКЛЮЧЕНИЮ!

Самая худшая сеть в городе! Начиная от сотрудников, заканчивая услугой связи. Пользуюсь этой сетью с момента её основания в России, но каждый раз сталкиваюсь постоянно с какими-то проблемами. Телефоны только под заказ. Более дорогие модели одни муляжи. Консультанты не профессионально выполняют свою работу. В ближайшее время планирую переходить к другому провайдеру, так как сеть не работает от слова совсем! Не рекомендую!!!!!!!!!!!

Сделал заказ через приложение с самовывозом с данного пункта. При посещении магазина консультант объявил, что магазин не работает т. к. нет электричества и попросил прийти на следующий день.
