18 апреля 2019 года, я со своей семьей обратилась в офис билайн. Общаться довелось с менеджером (вроде как) Ярославов А.А. Русским языком просили тариф без интернета, просто для звонков. Он нам сказал план тарифа, оформили заявку на переход со своим номером.И о чудо! Настало время перехода и выясняется что нас прикрепили к самому дорогому тарифу, а обещанный лежит в архиве и не может быть подключен. Продавец поступил не честно и во имя продаж.Плохой офис по обслуживанию клиентов, будьте вним ательны. – показать
