Хорошенький, чистый салон связи, где всегда прохладно и летом можно в коем-то веке постоять в очереди с удовольствием. Приходил в сей салон по разным причинам, в разное время, и всегда был разный персонал. Но моя проблема всегда была решена, и я не помню ни одного неприятного сотрудника. Из чего я делаю вывод - над персоналом там работают и делают это хорошо. 5 звёзд.

Хорошие оценки ставят те кто не столкнулся еще с проблемами. Вот как только начинаются проблемы с аппаратом так ситуация в корне меняется. Что бы вернуть некачественный аппарат для начала 2 часа придется подождать пока этот аппарат будут крутить вертеть, что то там нажимать (я понимаю что надо проверить для приема но есть же разумные пределы). потом вроде бы так и быть согласятся отправить на экспертизу т.к. они не эксперты а этой области (вопрос - а что тогла 2 часа ковыряли). Ждем 3 недели и если произошло чудо то Вам согласятся сделать замену или возврат, НО!!!!! окажется что была какая то окция и сумма возврата на несколько тысяч меньше чем Вы платили за аппарат (вот это акция) и они же симкарту еще дали - которую правда сами не смогли активировать и она так и была им отдана вместе с телефоном, Вам дадут непонятную бумажку якобы подтверждающую заявление на возврат и отправят ждать. Про чек тоже можно забыть - чек возврата средств Вам не дадут - т.к. они возврат же еще не проводили. Сидите и верьте на слово. Итого: купив неисправный аппарат за 11к и после ожидания 3 недель они вроде как согласны вернуть 7к но чека нет и денег пока нет.
