Сами не знают, что делают. Работа видимо для галочки, время отсидеть и денежку получить. Заказал чехол, был только в этом салоне. Позвонил оператор, подтвердил. Пришло смс "заказ готов к выдаче" . Поехал через пол Москвы. Прихожу 26.03.2022г. примерно в 18:30. Девушка пытается мне втюхать совершенно другой чехол со словами "это вот он". Будто я не знаю что я заказывал. Я говорю, что это совершенно не то. Девушка продолжила поиски. Не нашла. Звонит кому-то. Заявляет "который в заказе - бракованный". Ни извините, ничего. Видимо для Билайн это нормально. Не связывайтесь с ними.

Отвратительное отношение. Работают по франшизе. Брали смартфон, он не рабочий, возврат денег длился 75 дней. Задумайтесь, прежде чем идти сюда!

Приходя в данный офис, чувствую заинтересованность сотрудников в помощи к клиентам, всегда с позитивным настроем решают проблемы и вопросы, в офисе приятно находится, чистота и порядок, играет музыка, не скучно провести время в ожидании решения проблемы, спасибо коллективу данного офиса!

Обратилась в данный офис по вопросу переоформления номера. Специалисты вели себя очень дружелюбно, пунктуально, а главное профессионально. Особенно моего внимания удостоился специалист Яша, который произвёл впечатление красивого, молодого профессионала.Помогли по моему вопросу, это первый офис, где смогли решить мою проблему. Офис чистый, опрятный, специалисты приятные, а как говорится встречают по одёжке. Рекомендую всем
