Такое ощущение, будто работники салона, ровно так же как и работники интернет сервиса Билайн совершенно не знают своих обязанностей! Решил перейти с Мегафона на Билайн, припёрся в офис, оформил договор на перенос номера, сказали в течении 8 дней всё будет сделано, разумеется сразу потребовали деньги, оплатил. Спустя 2 недели прихожу туда снова узнать в чём причина. Заявление на перенос сотрудники оказывается просто не оформили!!! Но деньги взяли, никаких извинений я не получил, лишь хамское поведение работника (кстати того же, что и занимался договором о переносе номера). Решил оформить отказ и возврат денежных средств, оформляли ещё полчаса, параллельно пытаясь общаться с другими клиентами, за что сразу получили от меня выговор (видать жизнь совсем ничему их не учит). Не советую в принципе связываться с данным оператором, не говоря уже о конкретно этом салоне связи!
