В срочном порядке уволить сотрудницу Марину(так она себя назвала,фамилию назвать отказалась!) за абсолютно не профессиональное отношение к клиентам! Хабалка,кричала на клиента в 2-е старше себя. Совершенно не знает что такое клиентоориентированность,лояльность к клиенту и тд. Не могла найти жалобную книгу и не хотела давать,потом все же дала,но отказалась называть свою фамилию,что не имеет права по закону!!! Сколько ещё нужно плохих отзывов,чтобы разобрались с данной сотрудницей? Чего вы ждёте? Никогда не хочется идти в данный офис! Обязательно сегодня будет продублировано на горячую линию.

Добрый день! Всем кто читает данный коментарий, советую не обращаться в данный салон, с убеждением продали аксесуары для телефона, сказав что именно это подходит под модель телефона, придя домой и распоковав покупку увилили что данные аксесуары не подходят под модель телефона, вернулись в магазин и как итог, на встречу к нам не кто не пошел, лишь сказали что виноваты мы сами!! 👍 кроме шаблоннвх фраз больше сказать не чего не могут.. От разговора уходят... Итог сотрудник молодец продал... Я виноват, купил не то...
