К персоналу претензий нет.Но салон работает с такими производителями,что вернуть деньги за неисправный товар можно только через суд. Купили ребенку на новый год часы,оказались неисправны. Изготовитель вину не признал. Салон деньги не возвращает. Рекомендую обходить их стороной если не хотите испортить ребенку праздник и себе нервы.

не понравилось. Внутри пахнет дешираком,душно.менеджер Ольга ведет себя безобразно,хамит,при мне 2 человека из-за этого вообще отказались от услуг билайн из-за её хамства. вообще не умеет работать с клиентами. сообщу об этом в Роспотребнадзор. всем советую обращаться в другие офисы.
