Супруга 7.06.22 купила симкарту для USB модема. Оплатила 650 рублей. На балансе модема было всего 308 руб. Хотя должно было быть ровно 650. Значит 342 продавец Анастасия себе прикарманила. 11.06 приехали в офис разбираться. Спустя полдня через другого продавца решили и нам должна была позвонить директор этого салона - Виктория. Разумеется звонка не поступило. Это хищение, товарищи.

Обратилась в этот офис из-за резкого снижения скорости интернета. Ни оператор на телефоне не помог, ни чат бот. Ни всевозможные настройки. Сотрудники этого офиса сказали, что оператор ограничил предоставление услуг из-за смены прописки. И поменять на месте при предъявлении паспорта они не могут. Написала заявление на изменение персональных данных. Полчаса его регистрировали. Взяли копию паспорта. Сказали, в течение 3 дней внесут ищменения и появится скоростной интернет. Бред, но сделала, как сказали. Надо ли говорить, что обращение закрыто, а инет не восстановлен? Звонок на горячую линию только подтвердил, что сотрудники не правы и оператор не ставил ограничения. Проблема не решена.
