При покупке новой симкарты предлагают подписать договор не давая ознакомиться с ним. При обращении на это внимания, директор офиса Сергей развел руками и сказал, что ознакомиться с ним не получится - договор распечатается лишь когда его подпишут цифровой подписью через терминал. После подписания, при чтении договора, стало ясно, что делается это с целью скрытия определенных пунктов выбора абонентом, в частности - возможности отказаться от рекламной информации и рассылок. После данного замечания, мне, после полуминутного замешательства со стороны директора, предложили задуматься о нужде приобретения симкарты. В этом нет ничего страшного, но хотелось бы обратить внимание читающих этот отзыв. Будьте внимательны, не давайте никому в руки свой паспорт и пробуйте обслуживаться в другом офиса Билайна, если там нет такого беспорядка.

Добрый день! К сожалению, представители вашей компании, которые обслуживали меня, не обладают информацией о договоре в открытом доступе, раз не оповестили меня об этом. Насчёт рекламы - будьте добры, предоставьте ссылку на алгоритм, либо сам алгоритм для отказа от рекламных рассылок и оповещений. Спасибо!
