Вы где своих сотрудников берёте??? Сидит главный менеджер и не может вопрос мой решить, я с ней общаюсь она сидит и обслуживает других клиентов, мой вопрос она не решила да и даже не пыталась!!! Вторая сидит глазами на меня смотрит!!! Ужасная обслуга, не квалифицированные сотрудники!!!!!

Продали бракованый модем. Ничего толком проверить не могут. Ремонт полтора месяца. Возврат денег не сделали. Замену не дали.

Персонал который не знает своей работы, не решают полностью твой вопрос переходят сразу новому покупателю и ты стоишь как больная и ждёшь когда он наконец то освободится и решит. Вопрос конечно так и не решён, оплачен огромный минус который в конечном итоге мне вернула тех поддержка Билайна через приложения. (Деньги которые теперь я не могу снять со счёта Билайн, когда если работник офиса мог просто решить вопрос и убрать этот огромный минус и я бы не платила и сейчас не мучалась и не снимала эти деньги с этого номера!!!!) я понимаю что для них 1200 рублей это копейки, но кто то пашет сутками чтобы заработать их) Если есть приложение то тогда какой смысл держать таких работников, которые болтают по телефону и во всю матерятся при покупателях и не знают своей работы!!!!!

Сотрудница громко возмущалась тому, что я якобы поздно пришла (хотя подошла я даже не за 5-10 минут до закрытия, времени было ещё почти пол часа, и то, чтобы купить всего один товар). Когда ее коллега попросил быть потише, она начала орать «да мне по*уй, что меня слышно». В общем жесть, первый раз вижу такое ужасное при клиентах. Две звезды поставила за помощь второго сотрудника, ему спасибо, поставила бы больше, если бы не поведение сотрудницы.
