18.01.2021 приехали с другого города ( 100 км по гололеду+ отгул на работе) за заказом с Санлайт. Нам сотрудники сказали, что программа зависла и посылку не отдадут. Все просто. Но проблема не в этом . Я понимаю, что современные продажы как минимум через 1с. Проблема в том , что сотрудники Билайн даже не извинились чисто по человески от лица компании. Нагло уверяли, что они вообще не при чем. Это не их проблемы. Я в материальном убытке и в моральном расстройстве. Билайн обходите стороной!!!!

Сидит один оператор и работает как улитка, сидишь и ждёшь, пока он обслужит одного человека, хотя бы второго посадили на обслуживанте раз у вас такие улитки работают

Приехала в 19:00 и было закрыто , стояла пол часа и ушла 👍🏻

Добрый день! Приносим свои извинения за доставленные неудобства. Актуальный график работы магазина вс-чт 10:00-21:00; пт-сб 10:00-22:00. В указанный вами день мы не видим, чтобы сотрудник отлучался на длительный срок ( мы ведем учет рабочего времени с использованием современных электронных систем). С уважением, команда Билайн

Пришел намедни сюда получать заказ от Али. В разгар рабочего дня простоял перед закрытой дверью минут сорок. В итоге , явно с перекура, появился инфантильный парнишка - продавец, ни извинений, ни даже виноватого вида. Видимо, здесь это норма. Может, руководству стоит контролировать поведение персонала?
