Пришёл поменять сим-карту по утере в данный салон (я был с женой и маленьким ребенком). Директор салона связи по имени Артём (он же продавец) начал навязывать дополнительные услуги, и переход с основного моего номера МТС, что якобы это будет намного дешевле и пр. Вежливо ответив ему - "Спасибо, не нуждаюсь, и не желаю никуда переходить, хочу просто поменять сим-карту и уйти". Но продавец продолжал настойчиво предлагать переход давая понять, что он лучше знает что нам нужно, заявив дословно - "что сомневается что мы не сравниваем цены в магазинах и не ищем что подешевле купить", он был явно на взводе, хамил и не унимался, после того как ему несколько раз сказали - "спасибо, ничего нужно, пришли только за сим- картой". Считаю такое поведение стороны продавца неуместно, не рекомендую никому данный салон, не тратьте время и нервы.

Обслуживание ниже плинтуса, за 20 не продвинуться ни одного человека. В современном мире конкуренции за каждого клиента, такое наплевательское отношение. Печально. Без результативно. Прошла ушла к более расторопным конкурентам.

Благодарна сотруднику салона, Ирине обслуживающей мою маму, весьма пожилую, 30 декабря. В предпраздничный день, в переполненном покупателями салоне Ирина с вниманием отнеслась к бабушке, которая не собиралась ничего покупать, а лишь хотела отправить деньги внукам в другую страну. Не поверите,но это был 8-ой по счету салон, в предыдущих бабушке отказывали, ссылаясь на не работающую систему. В разгаре "предновогоднего чёса" возиться с проблемами пожилого человека никому не интересно.Когда встречаешься с такими людьми как Ирина,видишь внимательный, открытый, терпеливый взгляд, согреваешься теплом и делишься потом им с другими. Спасибо, Ирина!
