Некомпетентные сотрудники. Кратко: Произошёл инцидент по поводу смены старой сим карты и владельца. Сделали новую сим карту, а вот владельца изменить не удалось сотруднику, но сотрудник с уверенностью сказал, все будет четко. В итоге, приходиться ещё раз идти в офис, терять время, чтоб изменить владельца сим карты. Спасибо.

Менеджеры нифига не знают !!! Просто ничего они сами так и сказали ! В общем мне просто нужно было чтобы моя мать переоформила сим карту на меня , а я нахожусь в мск , в мск мне в офисе сказали что можно это сделать через электронное заявление и я смогу получить ее тут , но во Владивостоке они об этом не знают. Говорят что я там нужен ! Я уже маме скинул скрин и сайт официальный где русским языком написано что я смогу забрать симкарту в любом офисе , ей только нужно подать заявление и все!! Просто жесть , оставили меня без связи

Сегодня были в салоне.Стоит очередь,мигранты разного возраста.Все без масок,кашель наблюдается у всех,в том числе в дедей школьного возраста.На мое замечание девушка сотрудница,по имени Виолета,которая также была с маской на подбородке,ответила,"ничего страшного ,сейчас все кашляют ,она и сама кашляет,и тут же прокашлялась в сторону клиентов".В итоге:услугу мы не получили,приобретение симкарты,так как "завис интернет"и отправила нас в другой салон за симкартой.
