Очень плохой офис мягко говоря, купил сим карту и попросил при этом все платные услуги выключить и чтобы без подводных камней, но на счету деньги начали исчезать, а это оказывается услугу они мне оказывают, когда гигабайт интернета заканчиваются они мне автоматически продают 300 мегабайт за 50 рублей, потом когда эти мегабайты кончаются они ещё автоматически продают и так продолжается пока все деньги на счету не уйдут. Когда пытаешся отключить эту услугу в личном кабинете то пишет произошла ошибка. Пришёл опять в этот г офис и консультант говорит что это тариф такой с неотключаемой услугой и начал предлогать другй тариф, но уже доверия не было не г офису не билайну поэтому отказался совсем от услуг и купил у другого оператора черного цвета симкарту и все в шоколаде!!!!

Для удобства в приложении "Мой Билайн" абоненты сами могут регулировать свой тарифный план и при желании полностью сменить тариф. С уважением, команда Билайн

Здравствуйте, сотруднику было сказано очень доступно для здоровых и даже не очень умных людей, но не вышло у него учесть эту хитрую неотключаемую услугу которую другие сотрудники билайн работающие над формированием тарифоф впихнули её туда!
