16.05.22 приехал за заказом, хамское поведение некоторых молодых консультантов! Заказ не выдали , был отменен, вкурс заказчика не поставили! Предлагали аналогичный товар в тридорого! Старший офиса руководил подчиннеными выбегая периодически с посещения, урегулировать данный инцидент так и не взялся!

Ребят что за некомпетентные сотрудники у вас работают на этой точке ? Вы торгуете БУ техникой ? Я хотел купить беспроводные наушники, после оплаты, продавец сказал что это последние и достал их с витрины. я открыл коробку что бы проверить, а наушники пользованые с остатками ушной серы в динамиках. Вы серьезно ???? Реально Билайн ???? дальше больше ! продавцы навязывают к покупке смартфонов принудительно аксессуары. Девочка зашла за айфоном, ей сказал продавец, что бы его купить вы должны еще 20% от стоимости приобрести аксессуаров, айфон 100ты + 20 тыс. купить всякого барахла, иначе они его не продадут... Что за бред ? Вы вообще за имиджем следите ?

Здравствуйте. Пришли купить Айфон 11, 128г.59тр15.11.2020 15:45 Нас встретила девушка по имени Наталья офисный менеджер. Подошла и стоит смотрит, я ей ответил что хотим телефон, она переспросила, видать немного глухова. Ну думаем ладно. Она говорит и что. Мы встречаемся встречные вопросы что для этого надо чтобы взять в рассрочку, она просто начала нести какую-то ерунду. То у вас будет +20% это примерно 6тр, ну как бы от 60тр это 12тр, говорит чем вы слушаете на нас. В соседнем магазине ДНС и то больше знают и порекомендовали нас сходить в Билайн. А оказалось такие не долекие люди работают в Билайн как наталья. Просто снижает клиентскую базу.
