моя мама глубоко пожилой человек 81 года подала в этом офисе письменное заявление о переводе денежных средств с одного принадлежащего ей номера Билайн на другой принадлежащий ей номер Билайн денежных средств, сотрудница офиса приняла заявление, забрала симкарту, копию заявления не отдала и проводила со словами ждать средств на счете действующего тарифа.Через пять дней средства не поступили, моя мама снова посетила этот офис с вопросом почему не поступили деньги.Сотрудница офиса принимавшая заявление спряталась в подсобное помещение, о оставшийся сотрудник заявил, что никакого заявления от нее не принимали и ничем помочь не могут. Налицо мошеннические действия, обратимся в правоохранительные органы.
