Появилась проблема с интернетом,зашла в Билайн сказали,что я уже не первая обращаюсь с такой проблемой на Айфоне в наше время…пытались помочь,думали попробовать симку поменять… но потом подошёл консультант (к сожалению не обратила внимание,как зовут) и сразу мне помог с проблемой! А мне для работы,очень нужен интернет! Так что молодой человек,мне очень сильно помог! Спасибо ему большое! А вообще все консультанты молодцы,очень вежливые и старались помочь!

Отвратительно поставлена работа с клиентами, несколько лет назад наша компания отказалась от услуг интернета Би-лайн, потому, что сидеть месяц без связи для работы - это нереально, долго нас кормили завтраками, но так ничего ине случилось, теперь с телефонной связью та же песня, прошу прислать специалиста дабы устранить неполадки,но мне после долгих и нудных расспросов предложили вызвать кого-нибудь со стороны. Я в шоке! Да и мобильная связь отвратная!

Покупала тариф с безлимитным интернетом для поездки за границу. Поездка так и не состоялась. Пришла написала заявление на расторжение договора, а они его просто не зарегистрировали. Как итог я в большом минусе. Очень не советую обращаться сюда!
