Посещала офис 03.09.21, просила повести номер телефона мтс на Билайн. Менеджер сообщил, что через 8 дней будет перевод номера, прошло две недели, номер не переведён. Выяснилось, что менеджер забыл оформить заявление на перевод номера, при этом продать мне сим карту Билайн за 300 р, он не забыл. Пришлось обращаться повторно. Напрасно потратила время!

Купили сим-карту, уехали за город.Длительное время не могли ее активировать.Позвонив в техподдержку Билайна узнали,что симка активируется ТОЛЬКО!!! в салоне.Пришлось возвращаться в салон.....Так что делайте выводы сами...P.S.Билайну надо учится и учится, как работать с людьми

Посещала офис 03.09.21, хотела перевести номер телефона МТС на Билайн. Т.е перейти на Билайн со своим номером. Менеджер сообщил, что через 8 дней будет перевод номера, никаких документов на руки не выдал. Сказал все занёс в базу. Прошло две недели, номер не переведён. Выяснилось, что менеджер забыл оформить заявление на перевод номера, при этом продать мне сим карту Билайн за 300 р, он не забыл. Пришлось разбираться на горячей линии. В итоге осталась на МТС - у них хороший сервис, в отличие от Билайна… Сим-картой не пользовалась, а 300 р Билайну подарила… Деньги не великие, но после посещения данного офиса стойкое ощущение обмана …
